Please note that full payment is required at time of booking and the name that will appear on your bank statement will be Ruapehu Country Lodge. Refund and Cancellation policies: We understand that cancellations may occur therefore our Refund policy is as specified under the cancellation policy and we appreciate if same can be verified prior to confirming your reservations.
